Guidelines and procedures that can be made
: The Ministry may create and implement guidelines or procedures to make the provisions of this rule and the management system of the police organization more effective on the recommendation of the Police Headquarters or as needed. But before implementing such procedures or guidelines, the approval of the Government of Nepal will have to be obtained.
