Rule 137
Special Provisions Regarding Employees of Nepal Justice Service
Regardless of anything else written in this regulation, the work, duties and powers and areas of the Justice Service Commission of Nepal according to the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063, the said constitution, the prevailing laws regarding the Justice Service Commission and the category of employees of Nepal Justice Service As much as it is written in the regulations related to division, admission, transfer and promotion, it will be according to the same and other things will be according to this regulation.

(1) In the case of gazetted posts, in order to be promoted in civil service, group or sub-group vacant posts by performance evaluation and seniority and performance evaluation, employees with the minimum service period and educational qualification as per section 21 of the relevant service, group or sub-group under the relevant service, group or sub-group in the case of gazetted posts.
