Section 102
Not to escape arrest or flee from custody
(1) In order to escape from arrest, no one should knowingly obstruct or help a person who is in prison according to law to drive away or escape.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to three years or a fine of up to thirty thousand rupees.
(3) If any national servant commits or causes the offense under sub-section (1), he shall be punished twice the punishment mentioned in sub-section (2).
