Conducting the examination
: (1) After the completion of the training provided in accordance with this regulation, the head of the institute in case of a national police training institute and the head of the regional police office in the case of a regional police training center will form an examination conducting committee.
(2) The committee formed according to sub-rule (1) shall have all the rights related to conducting the examination.
(3) The committee under sub-rule (1) may depute the officers of the training center to take the examination in any locality.
