Rule 148
Submitting Expenses Bill

(1) In accordance with sub-section (1) of Article 122 of the Constitution, the Minister of Finance may present the bill for submission to the meeting.
(2) In relation to the introduction of the expenditure bill, the procedure deemed appropriate by the speaker will be adopted.
(3) The procedure for presenting and passing the bill under sub-section (2) of Article 122 of the Constitution shall be the same as the bill for presentation and expenditure.
