Rule 215
The political party represented in the House of Representatives should give details

(1) The leader of the political party represented in the House of Representatives shall provide the following information to the secretariat within seven days from the date of commencement of this regulation:-
(a) Names and details of the members of his party,
(b) Names and specimen signatures of at most two members authorized to audit on behalf of the party with the secretariat in the format as per schedule-6,
(c) a copy of the constitution or rules of the political party concerned, and
(d) A copy of the separate constitution or rules of the respective parliamentary party. Explanation :- In this paragraph, the term "party leader" means the member chosen by the respective party as its leader and the term also refers to the member authorized by the respective party to perform the duties of the leader in the assembly.
(2) If a party is formed during the term of the assembly, the leader of that party shall give the details as per sub-rule (1) to the secretariat within seven days of its formation.
(3) If there is any change in the details as per sub-rule (1), the leader of the party shall give the details to the secretariat within seven days from the date of such change.
