Section 50
Ban on Demonstration and Strike
Civil Servants Nepal ………. In a way that harms the sovereignty and integrity of the country, violates the country's peace and security, foreign relations and public dignity and disregards court decisions, creates enmity between people of different castes, castes, religions, classes, regions and sects or spreads communal ill will or encourages any crime. It is not allowed to demonstrate, participate in a strike or incite others with the intention of doing so.
