Rule 246
Right to regulate entry
(1) The meeting of the Assembly shall be open in general.
(2) The Speaker shall have the authority to regulate and control the entry of the people who come to watch the proceedings of the Assembly. In order to regularize the entry, the Speaker may arrange for admission tickets as needed.
(3) A person who enters the meeting building by taking an entry ticket issued in accordance with sub-rule (2) must comply with the conditions mentioned in such entry ticket and if anyone does not comply with those conditions, such a person can be expelled from the meeting building by the order of the Speaker.
