Rule 155
Trainer Training
: (1) Keeping in mind the police personnel's training, training ability, educational qualification, physical fitness, discipline, conduct and ethics and also the willingness and readiness of the concerned police personnel, establish a record of the police personnel who are eligible to be trainers and train such police personnel. Training will be provided. However, before the implementation of this rule, it will not be necessary for police personnel who have received trainer training and are training as trainers to undergo trainer training again.
(2) Successful police personnel in the trainer training will be awarded a trainer certificate and recognized as a police trainer and a separate trainer list (trainer pool) of such recognized police personnel will be established.
(3) Police personnel whose names are included in the list of trainers will be assigned as trainers in training institutes and training centers with priority.
(4) After completing the police basic training according to his rank after having been appointed through open competition, any police employee who is transferred or posted to the police training institute and police training center or who is working as a trainer in the police training institute and police training center, if he does not undergo the police trainer training, he shall be compulsorily within six months. Such training will be given.
(5) The transfer or posting of police personnel in Police Training Institutes and Police Training Centers or when they are posted elsewhere from such units shall be done on the recommendation of the Directorate of Training. When making such a recommendation, the Directorate of Training shall, as far as possible, recommend only the police personnel who are recorded in the trainer's pool.
(6) Police personnel working as trainers in police training institutes and police training centers should be transferred or posted elsewhere or assigned to work in coordination with the training directorate so as not to affect the training program and calendar.r> (7) When sent for training at home and abroad, priority will be given to police personnel working in police training institutes or police training centers or as trainers.
