Rule 53
Method of question answer
(1) After the start of the question and answer time, the speaker will call the names of the questioning members according to the order of the agenda.
(2) The member whose name has been called according to sub-rule (1) or the member authorized by him shall stand in his place and if he intends to ask a question, he shall pronounce the serial number of his question in the list of questions.
(3) Questions not asked in accordance with this rule shall be automatically removed from the question list.
