Rule 52
Withdraw or move a question
(1) A member may at any time withdraw his question not included in the agenda.
(2) A member may move his question not included in the agenda to another day by giving notice to the Secretary two days in advance and the oral question from among the questions so moved will be included in the agenda of another day scheduled for that subject.
