Rule 48
Question Conditions
The following questions will not be accepted :-
(a) Ambiguous,
(b) is too long, frivolous, meaningless or unimportant,
(c) There is someone's name or statement unless it is necessary for the sake of clarification, but if there is a name or statement in the question, the questioner will be responsible for its authenticity.
(d) of a type that indicates an answer or suggestion or promotes a particular point of view,
(e) Opinions sought,
(f) It is a matter of policy that cannot be given as an answer to any question,
(g) contains false statements, false arguments, baseless assumptions, accusations, accusations, sarcasm or objectionable words,
(h) the solution of a hypothetical or hypothetical problem is sought,
(h) a matter pending before a committee or the subject of a report submitted by a committee to the Assembly, and
(j) Subjects that can be easily known through any other means.
