Rule 65
Offer will be inactive and cannot be resubmitted
(1) Even after the permission to present the proposal has been obtained in the meeting, the proposal that has not been submitted will automatically become inactive.
(2) Except as otherwise written in this regulation, the same matter that has been discussed or decided by a motion in the current session of the House of Representatives cannot be re-introduced by any other motion or amendment.
(3) If the proposal registered in the current session is not discussed, it will automatically become inactive.
