Rule 67
Offer Revocable
(1) A proposal registered in the Secretariat may be withdrawn by the proposer by written application after obtaining the permission of the Speaker. However, the proposal that has been submitted in the meeting cannot be withdrawn without the permission of the meeting and if any amendment has been submitted to the proposal, the proposal cannot be withdrawn until such amendment is decided.
(2) If more than one member submits more than one proposal on the same subject, only one proposal determined by mutual agreement or round robin will be discussed.
