Rule 102
Justification of actions taken by police personnel
: No police personnel shall resort to the press or court for false accusations made by any person in connection with the performance of his duties without taking the prior approval of the Government of Nepal. But this rule shall not interfere with the right of a police officer to be acquitted of his personal work or character.
