Section 22A
Suspension and Release of Promotion
After a civil servant has been recommended for promotion, in case of suspension or suspension of promotion or suspension of salary increase until the appointment of a civil servant, his promotion appointment will be suspended for the mentioned period and if he is cleared from the suspension or after the suspension period ends, his appointment will be treated as if there was no suspension or suspension. Only seniority will be maintained.
