Provisions related to washing promotion documents
: Three years after the completion of the entire promotion related process, other promotion related documents can be washed except for the promotion recommendation decision. However, in the case where a case related to a promotion is under consideration, the documents related to such promotion will not be washed until the final decision of the case is reached.
