Section 200
Not to be indecently detained
(1) No one shall detain or compel any person to be imprisoned in any other manner, except in accordance with law.
(2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) will be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to thirty thousand rupees.
(3) No one other than the authorized person shall obstruct or cause the movement of anyone.
(4) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (3) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
