Rule 251
Power to remove obstacles
The Speaker shall have the right to remove obstacles caused by the use of this regulation and to issue necessary orders or instructions subject to the constitution and this regulation. Such orders or instructions should be approved by the next meeting. Orders or instructions so approved shall be deemed to be in accordance with this regulation.
