Section 85
Obstacles not to be opposed
(1) No one should prevent any national servant who is about to perform his official duties by force, violence or by any other means of obstruction.
(2) No one should knowingly obstruct the process of acquisition, payment, withholding, auction or sale of any property that is to take place in accordance with the law.
(3) A person who commits or causes an offense under subsection (1) or (2) shall be punished with imprisonment up to one year or a fine of up to ten thousand rupees or both.
