Rule 62A
Unpaid Leave
1) Section 71A of the Act. The employee requesting unpaid leave as mentioned above must submit an application along with proof that his spouse is working in a Nepali embassy or any mission abroad.
(2) The civil servants will get the leave as per sub-rule (1) at one time or several times for a maximum period of five years.
(3) Leave under this rule may be approved by the Government of Nepal.
