Rule 31
Expulsion from the meeting room ;-<br>
(1) The speaker may order the member who does not comply with the order according to rule 30 to leave the meeting room. After receiving the order, such a member will have to leave the meeting room immediately and he will not be allowed to attend the meeting for the rest of the day.
(2) Even after receiving the order as per sub-rule (1), if such a member does not leave the meeting room immediately, the Speaker may take him out with the help of a dignitary.
(3) A member expelled from a meeting in accordance with sub-rule (2) shall not be allowed to participate in the meeting or any committee meeting for the next three days. In this case, the secretary will inform the relevant committee and the parliamentary party.
