Rule 35
Right to adjourn the meeting
If there is disorder in the meeting room or if it appears that the regular conduct of the meeting will be hindered, the Speaker may adjourn the meeting for any time of the day or for a period determined by him. No member shall be allowed to question such adjournment by the Speaker.
