The following rules should be followed in the meeting:-
(a) When the Speaker enters the meeting room, everyone should stand up and show respect (b) Speaker should show respect to the meeting and take his seat,
(c) Members should leave the meeting room only after the meeting has been adjourned and the Speaker has left the meeting (d) Speaker should speak only after giving time,
(e) Members participating in the meeting should address the Speaker while speaking and should speak standing unless otherwise ordered by the Speaker,
(f) No member should leave his seat while the Speaker is addressing the meeting and should listen carefully to what the Speaker is saying,
(g) Not to walk between the Speaker's seat and the member who is speaking and not to sit with his back towards the Speaker's seat,
(h) Do not do anything that disturbs the time a member is speaking or violates the dignity of the meeting or creates disorder,
(i) Not to read books, newspapers or other documents on any subject other than those directly related to the work of the meeting, and
(j) Do not talk on the phone and record in the meeting room.
