Rule 45
Questions not submitted for oral answer will be tabulated
(1) If a question placed in the question list for a given day is not answered due to lack of time, the minister concerned shall tabulate a copy of the answer to that question. But if the Minister requests to the Speaker that it is necessary for the public interest to answer a question that has not been asked to be answered, the Speaker may allow the answer to be given even after the time fixed for the question has expired.
(2) A copy of the answer tabulated as per sub-rule (1) shall be provided to the members.
