Section 236
Expired or unprecautioned drug sales, not to be dispensed
(1) One should not sell a medicine after the expiry of the prescribed period of time, or distribute a medicine without taking any special precautions.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for one year and fined up to ten thousand rupees.
