Rule 211
Resign
(1) The Speaker may resign from his post by addressing the Deputy Speaker. When the deputy speaker or any member resigns from his position, he should address the speaker.
(2) The person presiding over the resignation given in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall read it out at the meeting. In the event that the meeting is not in progress, it will be published in the notice.
