Rule 136
A bill returned with a message from the President
(1) According to Article 113 of the Constitution, if the Bill is returned with a message for reconsideration from the President, if the session is in progress, the Secretary General or in his absence, the Secretary will inform the Assembly and if the session is not in progress, it will be published in the notice of the Assembly.
(2) After providing the information regarding the bill received in accordance with sub-rule (1) to the assembly, the member introducing such bill may present any of the following proposals in any meeting held:-
(a) that the Bill be reconsidered in the House, or
(b) The bill should be referred to the relevant committee for reconsideration.
(3) Other procedures related to the Bill as per sub-rule (1) shall be as per this paragraph.
