Section 66
A national servant should not be opposed
(1) In the course of performing his duties, a public servant should not obstruct, disrupt or disturb an illegal assembly.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
