Section 112
Don't pollute the environment
(1) No one shall produce, process, transmit, emit, emit, transport or store waste in such a way as to cause significant adverse effects on the environment.
(2) No one produces, processes, transmits, emits, emits, transports, emits, releases, emits, transports or emits sound, heat, radioactive radiation, or hazardous waste by mechanical means without the permission of the authorized officer in accordance with the law to demonstrate harm to the health of the general public or endanger life. Do not pile up.
(3) A person who commits or commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to one year or a fine of up to ten thousand rupees or both.
(4) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (2) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years or with a fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees.
