(1) The district youth committee shall submit the annual report of its work throughout the year to the council within two months of the end of the financial year.
(2) The council shall submit the annual report of its work throughout the year to the Government of Nepal through the Ministry within three months of the end of the financial year.
(3) In addition to other things in the report according to sub-section (2), the work done by the council and the district youth committee during the year and their achievements, the expenses incurred for such work, the condition of the fund and resources of the council, other actions taken by the council and the problems and problems observed in the field of youth. The details of the solutions should also be mentioned.
(4) The council should publish the details of the resources it has received, the work it has done and its achievements and other activities it has done every year for the information of the general public.
