Rule 134
Bill certified
(1) The bill passed by the Assembly shall be verified by the Speaker in accordance with Article 113, Sub-Clause (1) of the Constitution.
(2) When certifying a bill in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Speaker shall also certify that it is a finance bill in the case of a finance bill.
