Rule 124
<br> to be removed from the bill
(1) In the following cases, the Bill shall be removed from the register:-<br>
(a) If the meeting rejects the following proposal submitted by the member introducing the bill:-<br>
To obtain permission to introduce the Bill,
(2) that the Bill or the Bill with the report of the Committee be considered, or
(3) That the bill or the bill with amendments be passed.
(b) If the Bill is withdrawn,
(c) if the member introducing the Non-Government Bill is not a member of the House, or
(d) If the presenting member is a minister without passing a non-governmental bill.
(2) No proposal can be submitted in the meeting in relation to the bill removed from the table in accordance with sub-rule (1).
