Section 67
Punishment to be proposed before ordering special punishment
If the officer authorized to order departmental punishment before ordering special punishment does not submit the acquittal within the time limit given to submit the acquittal as per section 66 or if the acquittal submitted is not satisfactory, why should the proposed punishment not be given to such civil servant? An explanation should be given in due time.
