Rule 200
Refer the question to the Committee on Privileges

(1) In accordance with Rule 199, if permission is received from the meeting to raise a question of breach of privilege, any member may submit a proposal that such question be considered at the meeting itself or that it be sent to the Privileges Committee.
(2) After the submission of the proposal according to sub-rule (1), the Speaker shall set a time period for discussion on the proposal.
(3) After the discussion as per sub-rule (2) is over, if the proposing member wants to withdraw the proposal, he can withdraw the proposal after taking the permission of the meeting. If the proposal is not withdrawn, the Speaker will present the proposal in the decision-making meeting.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), if the proposal to consider the question of privilege from the meeting is approved, the meeting shall decide the question by using the rights mentioned in sub-rule (3) and (4) of rule 201 as necessary. In that regard, the speaker can adopt appropriate procedures.
(5) If the proposal to send the question of privilege to the committee is approved, the speaker will send the necessary documents to the committee along with the approved proposal to investigate and submit the report.
