Rule 196
Notice of Question of Privileges
(1) If any member feels that the privilege of the assembly has been violated, he must give a written notice to the Secretary, opening the necessary grounds regarding the question of the violation of the privilege. If such notice is given on the basis of any document, that document must be filed and if the document cannot be obtained, the act of violation of privilege and the location of the document must also be disclosed in the notice.
(2) The secretary shall give the information received as per sub-rule (1) to the Speaker and the Chairman of the Privileges Committee as soon as possible and shall convene the meeting as per the instructions of the Chairman.
