(1) The University shall have a special fund of its own and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-

(a) Grant amount received from the Government of Nepal,

(b) amount provided by any person or organization in the form of donation, donation, gift or financial assistance,

(c) Amounts received in the form of loans and assistance from foreign governments, international organizations, organizations, financial institutions or individuals,

(d) Fees and any other Amount received from the source.

(2) Before receiving any amount as per clause (c) of sub-section (1), the university shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal. An account will be opened in the bank and deposited.

(4) The operation of the university account will be as prescribed.
