Section 212
Don't take the body hostage

(1) No one should take someone's body hostage.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), any person shall, without his consent, or in the case of a child and without the consent of his parent or guardian, by force or threat of force, fear, coercion, display of arms or non-display of arms, deceive any person without his consent. If the body is held hostage, if the body is held hostage, if it is made to lie down, intoxicated or intoxicated, if the means of transportation or the place of residence is seized or taken under control.
