Section 212
Don't take the body hostage
(1) No one should take someone's body hostage.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), any person shall, without his consent, or in the case of a child and without the consent of his parent or guardian, by force or threat of force, fear, coercion, display of arms or non-display of arms, deceive any person without his consent.
