Section 71
Not to give house, land or vehicle to disturb the peace
(1) No one shall make his house, land, vehicle or arms available to such a person, knowing or having reasonable cause to know that he is about to disturb the public peace or riot.
(2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
