Rule 15
Zero and special time
(1) In order to present topical issues that the members feel necessary, the Speaker may designate zero time and special time considering the workload of the House.
(2) The minister concerned shall provide the answer to the matter raised at zero and special time as per sub-rule (1) to the House within five days through the Speaker.
