(1) Police personnel for promotion will be given a maximum of ten points based on their educational qualifications as follows n (2) In the case of unclassified certificates, the university will determine the level, and if not, the same level as the second level will be given.
(3) When calculating the educational qualification points for promotion to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police or above, the educational qualification required for the post of Police Inspector shall be considered as the minimum educational qualification.
(4) While evaluating the educational qualifications of the police personnel appointed to the prescribed posts, only those who know how to read simple script, S. L. C. Qualifications below the minimum educational qualification will be given the same marks as second class.
