(1) The posts as per schedule-8 which have the same type of work in which skills are developed based on experience will be considered as unranked posts.
(2) If the civil servants working in unranked positions as per sub-rule (1) want to be included in the category according to sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Act, they will be maintained in the fifth category unlisted in the gazette.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), the civil servants who are retained in the fifth category listed in the gazette will not be reduced in their previous salary.
(4) Section 20A of the Act, including posts under the gazetted five-four category and uncategorized posts. When a civil servant who has reached the period of service as mentioned above is compulsorily retired, he/she will be promoted to the post of the third category listed in the gazette and will be given leave.
(5) In the internal competitive examination according to sub-section (6) of section 7 of the Act, civil servants who have been registered in the fifth category listed in the gazette can also participate.
