(1) Civil service shall have the following categories:- Gazetted Gazetted Special First First Second Second Third Third Fourth Fifth
(2) At the commencement of this section, if the employees working in unranked positions wish to join the ranks, such employees shall be maintained in the fifth rank listed in the Gazette as prescribed.
