Rule 77
The proposed amendment
shall be read out in the meeting before the proposed amendment or the original proposal with the amendments approved by the speaker is submitted for decision. Thus, if there is more than one amendment when submitted for decision, the speaker can give priority to any one of the amendments or the proposal with the amendment or the original proposal.
