Rule 114
Quarterly discussion with amendments ;-<br>

(1) When discussing the amendment, it will generally be done in the order of the clauses of the Bill and the member called by the speaker or the member authorized by him may present the amendment.
(2) Regarding each section that remains unchanged from the discussion or the amendment is accepted, the speaker will submit a motion for decision that "this section should become a part of the bill" in order. But in order to save time, in order to eliminate duplication in the discussion, it may be allowed to discuss the interdependent amendments received under the same section or under it simultaneously, and during the section-by-section discussion, any part or section of the bill can be kept in discussion before and after, or any part or section can be postponed so that it can be discussed later. Explanation :- Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in these rules, for the purpose of this rule and rules 115, 116, 117 and 118, when the bill is being debated in the relevant committee, "Speaker" means the chairman of the relevant committee and "meeting" also refers to the meeting of the relevant committee.
