Rule 233
Motion to extend the state of emergency declaration or order
(1) In accordance with Article 273 of the Constitution, the Prime Minister shall give notice to the Secretary of the proposal to extend the period of the declaration or order of the state of emergency.
(2) Other procedures related to the proposal under sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in rule 232.
