Rule 230
A proposal to ratify, accede to, accept or support a treaty;-<br>

(1) After the detailed discussion in the meeting, and after the discussion in the committee, after the discussion on the report of the committee is finished and the amendments are submitted for the decision of the meeting, the presenter of the treaty will present a proposal that the treaty be approved.
(2) Proposals relating to the ratification, accession, acceptance or support of treaties on matters other than those mentioned in sub-section (2) of Article 279 of the Constitution must be approved by the majority of the assembly.
(3) Proposals related to the ratification, accession, acceptance, and support of treaties on the subjects mentioned in sub-section (2) of Article 279 of the Constitution must be passed by a two-thirds majority of the total number of members immediately existing in the assembly.
(4) According to sub-rules (2) and (3), after the proposal regarding approval, accession, acceptance or support of the treaty is approved, the secretary will send it to the National Assembly along with the message.
(5) The secretary shall table the resolution with the message regarding the approval, accession, acceptance and support of the treaty of the subject mentioned in sub-section (2) of Article 279 of the Constitution which has been submitted to the National Assembly and has been approved, incorporated, accepted and supported by that assembly and a copy thereof shall be sent to the members. (6) In accordance with sub-rule (5), two days after the distribution of the copy of the agreement with the message, the presenting member may present a proposal that the same should be considered. However, if the Speaker deems it appropriate, he may allow such proposal to be presented in any meeting after the distribution of the copy of the treaty along with the message.
(7) In the case of the resolution and the subsequent procedure according to sub-rule (6), the procedure related to the treaty presented in the assembly shall be applicable.
