Section 18C
<br> to complete the work within time
After the commencement of this Act, the related agencies shall complete the work to be done according to this Act in relation to appointment, transfer, employment, and permanent tenure within two months and report the same to the Ministry of General Administration.
(2) If the concerned body does not do the work within the time period as per sub-section (1), the Ministry of General Administration will do it immediately.
