Rule 101
Bills on the same subject not to be listed
Unless otherwise ordered by the Speaker, when a bill is under consideration of the House, notice of another bill containing the same subject and purpose shall not be placed in the list of received bills, regardless of whether it is received on any date before or after the presentation of the bill under consideration.
