Section 77
In addition, in Italy, a notice or order must not be cheated:
(1) A person who is supposed to understand a subpoena, summons, warrant of arrest, notice or order issued by an authorized officer shall not act in a fraudulent manner in order to prevent the execution of such subpoena, summons, warrant of arrest, notice or order.
(2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to three months or a fine of up to five thousand rupees or both.
